Further investment and growth at LFH Fluid Control. CEO Les Hill said, after arriving in Ellon as a tenant of Aubin Ltd in 2010 and successfully purchasing the building that we occupied in 2019, we have now completed the further purchase from Aubin of the remaining buildings and site at Castlepark Industrial Estate, Ellon. Situated on a 2.27-acre site, we increase our manufacturing and warehouse storage area from 7,385 sq. Ft to 18, 072 sq. Ft and our office area from 1,819 sq. Ft to 7,244 sq. Ft. This expansion will allow us to meet growing customer orders and expectations while creating more jobs for the local area of Ellon. Over the next 12 months further investment will be made as we convert the workshop and offices to meet our requirements.
